Description
Day 1- Arrive in Lima, Transfer to Arequipa and your hotel
Day 2- Arequipa city tour, visiting the cathedral, convent, viewpoints, and Juanita
Day 3- Transfer to the Colca Canyon and the Colca Lodge (4* hotel in the canyon with its own private hot springs) Colca tour day 1.
Day 4- Colca tour day 2 and transfer back to Arequipa in time to fly to Cusco.
Day 5- Tour of Cusco and its surrounding ruins, visiting sacred sites of the Incas
Day 6- Short Inca Trail day 1
Day 7- Machu Picchu tour. First entrance to watch the sunrise, head back to the lodge for breakfast, then re-enter mid-morning to enjoy your guided tour.
Day 8- Rafting the black canyon in Apurimac. Night camping on the beach under the stars
Day 9- Rafting the black canyon and returning to Cusco.
Day 10- Waqrapukara 2d/1n trek
Day 11- Waqrapukara 2d/1n trek
Day 12- Airport transfer ready for home
